And while we are obsessed with Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra and Isha Ambani, all of whom tied the knot in November and December, there have been plenty of other trendy brides in 2018 who awakened their bridal game, leading us to feel that 2018's crop of wedding lehengas may be the most glamorous we have ever seen. Isha Ambani was a stunner at a bespoke Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga because she married author Anand Piramal on December 12 at Antilia, the Ambani's luxurious family home in Mumbai. The Ambani heiress wore a 16-panelled ghagra in two colors of off-white. The complex lehenga has been hand-embroidered in the finest zardozi, vasli, mukaish and nakshi work. The Mughal Jaalis and floral structures have been emphasized with crystals and sequins, while a vermilion color on the zardozi borders lent a bridal touch to Isha's wedding look.

At her wedding businessman Anand Ahuja on May 8 in Mumbai, celebrity Sonam Kapoor was a sight to behold. The Veere di Wedding celebrity opted for a modern-yet-classic crimson and gold lehenga from Anuradha Vakil. Her super-pretty, whimsical floral lehenga appeared just like a modern version of a traditional red bridal lehenga. The breathtaking outfit was covered with golden embroidery. Sonam's lehenga has been accessorised with magnificent vintage jewellery -- a choker layered using a guttapusalu necklace, multi-stranded matha Patti plus a lot of bangles.
Priyanka Chopra looked radiant in a sequin-covered reddish bridal lehenga because she wed Nick Jonas in a Hindu ceremony on December 2 at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. Priyanka's sparkling, crimson Sabyasachi lehenga was made of hand-cut organza flowers, French knots in silk floss, and Siam-red crystals. It also featured elaborate beading and embroidery to both the underwear and floor-length veil. Paying tribute to traditional Mughal jewellery, Priyanka's wedding jewels included uncut diamonds, emeralds, and Japanese cultured pearls set in 22-karat gold. There were diamonds shaped as miniature stars to provide the bridal look with a touch, Sabyasachi shared on Instagram. Priyanka's bridal necklace and rings featured semi-precious diamonds and gold.
For her Lake Como wedding actor Ranveer Singh on November 15, celebrity Deepika Padukone was dressed head-to-toe in Sabyasachi. Deepika's opulent bridal lehenga was traditional and full of hidden details; it had been hand-embroidered golden tilla information and paired with a chowki layout aari-taari dupatta. 'Sada Saubhagyavati Bhava' is regarded as a blessing to newlyweds, which translates into'may you be wed.'
For her 10 May wedding actor Angad Bedi, Neha Dhupia wore an elaborate baby pink lehenga out of Anita Dongre. Paired with a sweetheart neck choli along with a matching organza dupatta, Neha's wedding appearance, reminiscent of actor Anushka Sharma's Sabyasachi wedding lehenga from 2017, proved pink is as bridal as ever.
